No Dog Walking Allowed

Police charge a crowd of protestors and attack an innocent couple after a few individuals (not this couple) threw rocks at the police. The woman was hit and thrown to the ground while the man was restrained and hit several times by different officers. Once the police realized this couple were not throwing stones they returned to their vehicles, leaving the couple shaken and in tears.
